SILCHAR, Nov 9: The 19th Silchar Book Fair will begin at the Bipin Chandra Paul Sabhasthal on Wednesday. Booksellers from Kolkata, Agartala, Guwahati and Bangladesh will participate in the fair which is scheduled to be inaugurated by eminent Islamic cleric Moulana Tayubur Rahman, said Paritosh Paul Choudhury, general secretary of the Book Fair Committee.
