NEW DELHI, Aug 26: Special Railway Secretary Ratan Mukherjee is hopeful that the Railway Ministry will name the Silchar Railway station as Bhasa Swahid Railway Station by Tuesday next. Talking to this reporter today, Mukherjee said: “A number of technicalities are involved in changing the nomenclature of the railway station. The responsibility has been given to Railway Board member (traffic) Sriprakash.” (Source - Sentinel Assam)
