Silchar, January 16: The Third Adventure Academy in North East India "Barak Valley Adventure Academy" was inaugurated at the Chawtol Singha Manipuri M.E.School, Bantarapur, Cachar district of Assam on 15th January 2008 at 11.00 am.
Inaugural function of the Barak Valley Adventure Academy at Bantarapur, Cachar, AssamDr Thokchom Meinya Singha, MP (LS) and Md Qutub Ahmed Mazumdar, MLA Sonai Constituency of Cachar district graced the inaugural function as the Chief Guest and the President respectively.Mr RK Ranendrajit, Chairman Manipuri Mountaineering and Tracking Association; Prof Okram Churamani, Retd Principal GC College Silchar ; Mr Oinam Lala Singha, Retd Headmaster Bantarapur High School; Mr Salam Rajmani Singha, Retd Addl SP Mizoram Police has also grace the function as Guests of Honour.
